Commercial Litigation
Resolving commercial disputes is at the core of Ross & Co’s practice. We work with a wide variety of clients including large, transnational organisations, insurers and their assured, small and medium sized enterprises as well as individuals.
We aim to work with our clients to achieve successful commercial outcomes to disputes and offer comprehensive support when claims progress to litigation. In so doing, we often work alongside in-house legal teams and foreign law firms, supplementing one another’s resources and working closely together to get the best possible results.
We have represented clients in international mediations, international arbitrations, at the High Court in London (including at specialist hearings in the Technology and Construction Court covering construction and technology disputes), at the Court of Appeal and in the European Courts.
